I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Chapel Hill Florist. As a bride traveling from Virginia to Maine to plan my wedding, I was hoping for clear communication and reliable follow-through, especially when coordinating from out of state. On April 19, I sent a detailed email outlining my floral needs and requesting a quote. Since then, I have followed up multiple times by phone and email and have received no response. Planning a wedding from another state already comes with challenges, and the lack of communication and professionalism has made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I had high hopes, but unfortunately this has been a very disappointing and stressful part of the planning process

Rachel was incredible as w ordered flowers for our father’s recent funeral. I have used this florist for many years and consider them family. The flowers were exactly, if not more beautiful, as I had wanted for our dad. We were specific in flower, color and arrangement and Chapel Hill was wonderful in every way. Thank you Rachel!

The service was amazing and super friendly. However, I’m very disappointed that at $36 my daughter’s corsage lasted less than three minutes. We put it on her and the flowers instantly fell off. It didn’t even make it into the dance.

I just want to give a huge Thank you to Chapel Hill Floral for providing a beautiful bouquet and delivering to my Mother who spent several day in hospital then rehab before and over Christmas. The lady I ordered from ended up delivering it personally to my Mom’s room on her way home as roads were bad and delivery van had come back. How’s that for service Then I called to order something else for her a few weeks later just a day or so before Christmas and although they couldn’t take any more arrangement orders I was able to order a Christmas Cactus, a pretty electric candle and some chocolates delivered Christmas Eve. That candle gave my Mom and her roommate some peace that night! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤️

Rachel was such a pleasure to work with. After scouring and researching florists in the Bangor area, I decided to go with Chapel Hill for many reasons. The main reason... money. Chapel Hill is 27% cheaper than the others and when you are ordering a large amount of flowers that can save you hundreds. Highly recommended by area residents as well as businesses. Third, phone manners were impeccable and almost unheard of in today's time. Fast Forward to going in to order flowers. I felt like I was working with my best friend. Rachel listened, understood, suggested, and helped me decide what was best AND IT DIDN'T BREAK THE BANK! The shop itself has the cutest collections of gifts, flowers, and fltruffle my kids love. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Chapel Hill Florist and a HUGE THANK YOU TO RACHEL!
